Following several new additions to the team in 2017, Twisted Automotive has once again re-invested in the growth of the business with the appointment of a new Project Manager.
Having gained four years of experience in the sales department at Twisted, Sam Greenwood has been awarded a role focusing on the management of new projects as the stock of new Defender becomes more valuable than ever.
The role will encompass the development of Twisted’s internal training programme and new business strategy, while Sam will also examine the current customer journey and take steps towards enhancing it.
Sam will also oversee the introduction of new special projects as Twisted yet again highlight a sense of internal growth. As the Classic Twisted series II is to begin production in January 2018, Sam will be at the forefront of ensuring the twenty builds are designed, crafted and completed with the anti-ordinary quality a Twisted technician can offer.
The company’s managing director, Charles Fawcett said: “The final few Defender that we have on sale are so precious, and each individual build is becoming more and more important, and the addition of Sam, as our new Project Manager will provide further support in these areas.”
Sam, who begins the role as we enter the new year, said: “I’m looking forward to starting my new role and implementing some new ideas and processes throughout the company. The ultimate goal is to to enhance the experience for our customers, while supporting internal projects, and boosting our overall efficiency – right through from the sales team to the workshop.”
